As we head east, we quickly reach the four-way stop at River Market Avenue, where pedestrians frequently cross between local hotspots like the Ottenheimer Market Hall and Museum of Discovery. This area is a hub for food trucks, music, and weekend crowds. Lined with restaurants, lofts, and event venues, Clinton Avenue gives a front-row view of how Little Rock has reimagined its downtown riverfront into a destination full of energy and life. Continuing east past the underpass of Interstate 30, the street narrows slightly as it transitions toward its eastern terminus. We finish our drive at the entrance to the William J. Clinton Presidential Library and Museum, a striking modern complex set within Riverfront Park. From here, visitors can walk the grounds, explore exhibits chronicling Clinton’s presidency, or step out onto the Clinton Presidential Park Bridge, a converted railway bridge now serving as a pedestrian and cycling path across the Arkansas River.
